We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Which of these you see depends on where the order is going. We do not quote a transit time outside the US: carriers vary by country, and we would rather not give you a date we cannot stand behind.
Where we cannot deliver. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands) or APO/FPO military addresses. Checkout will show no shipping option for those addresses rather than taking an order we cannot fulfil.
Please note:
* This is an estimated delivery time, and it is counted from dispatch rather than from when you place the order. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier.
**Order Fulfillment

We ship daily from Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Occasionally orders may not ship the 'next-day' due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturday will ship the following Monday or next open business day.
**Free Shipping
**
Shipping is free on every US and Canadian order. There is no minimum, and there is no code to enter — it is the option your cart selects by default, whatever your subtotal.
**Standard Tracked Shipping
**
Orders to the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand are tracked at a flat rate, whatever your subtotal. There is no free tier on these destinations. Your cart shows the exact amount before you pay.
**Premium Shipping with Priority Processing
**
If you would like your order handled first and dispatched sooner, you can choose Premium Shipping at checkout for a flat fee. Your cart shows the exact amount before you pay.
Premium Shipping buys faster handling, not insurance. If you want your parcel covered against loss, damage or theft, add Shipping Protection in your cart — that is a separate option, and you do not need Premium Shipping to use it.
