Ceramic Round Brush — 53 mm
A 53 mm nano ceramic and ionic barrel that takes the heat coming off your dryer and spreads it across the plate instead of letting it pool in one spot. The boar and nylon bristle mix gives you enough grip to pull a coil straight without wrestling the brush. It's a blowout and silk press tool — not a curl tool, and we won't pretend otherwise.
A ceramic round brush earns its place in a textured-hair routine on one kind of day: the day you're smoothing. A blowout, a silk press, or stretching shrinkage out before a braid-out. The barrel is nano ceramic and ionic coated aluminium, so it takes the heat coming off your dryer and holds it against the hair for the length of the pass. It does not plug in and it makes no heat of its own — your dryer does that, and the barrel keeps the heat on the section instead of letting it scatter.
The bristle mix does the other half. Nylon pins get down through dense hair to the root; boar grips the section and lays the cuticle flat as you pull, which is where the shine comes from. At 53 mm the barrel is mid-size — wide enough to move through a long section fast, small enough to turn the ends under.
The handle is ABS with silicone moulded over it, so it doesn't slide once your hand is warm, and there's a loop to hang it. If you're doing someone else's hair — a daughter's first press — the tension is easy to control one-handed.
